Bitcoin ETFs Extend Inflow Streak as Ether ETFs Reverse
Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have extended their streak of positive inflows to a third consecutive week, while Ether ETFs saw a reversal with net outflows. According to SoSoValue data, Bitcoin ETFs attracted $241.1 million in net inflows last week, bringing the total cumulative net inflows to $57.8 billion. The previous two weeks also saw inflows of $2.4 billion and $6.2 million, respectively, with year-to-date net inflows now around $1.2 billion.
In contrast, Ether ETFs recorded $138 million in net outflows after experiencing $690 million in inflows the prior week. Year-to-date net inflows for Ether ETFs remain at approximately $1.5 billion. Among other altcoin ETFs, Zcash funds posted their first weekly outflow, shedding around $94 million, while Solana and XRP ETFs continued their inflow streaks with $2.4 million and $4.7 million, respectively.
At the time of publication, Bitcoin was trading at about $86,200, up 3.7% over the past seven days, while Ether was priced at around $2,727, up 3% over the same period. Crypto market sentiment softened slightly, with Alternative.me’s Crypto Fear & Greed Index remaining in “Greed” territory at 70, down from 74.
