Bitcoin Faces Crucial Test at $65,000 as Price Action Hints at Possible Bottom

Bitcoin's price has returned to the $65,000 resistance area, a key level that has blocked several recovery attempts since mid-July. The cryptocurrency is currently trading near $64,550 and is facing a crucial test of its strength.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has recovered to approximately 53 and remains above its moving average near 49.4, indicating improved short-term momentum. However, the price has not confirmed a breakout, and repeated failures around the current ceiling make another pullback a credible outcome.

A pullback would bring the $63,200-$63,800 support cluster into focus, which combines several key levels, including the 0.236 Fibonacci retracement near $63,800, former channel resistance, and the 50-day simple moving average near $63,250.
