Bitcoin Holds Above $63K Amid ETF Outflows and Regulatory Uncertainty
Bitcoin's price stabilized above $63,000 on Monday, rising by 0.8% since midnight UTC to trade around $63,637.
This follows gains in U.S. equities, with Nasdaq 100 futures increasing by 0.5% and reaching their highest level since July 2.
Despite the rebound, concerns about spot Bitcoin ETF flows remain a concern, with U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recording $390 million in net outflows last week - their largest weekly withdrawal in six weeks and the first three-day outflow streak since late July.
The uncertainty surrounding regulatory clarity is also influencing crypto market sentiment, with Galaxy Research's Alex Thorn lowering his estimated probability of the Clarity Act becoming law in 2026 to roughly 10%.
