Bitcoin Perpetual Futures Market Shows Marginal Bearish Tilt
The Bitcoin perpetual futures market is showing a marginally bearish tilt, according to the latest long/short ratio data from CryptoRank.
A cross-exchange analysis of Binance, Bybit, and OKX, the top three venues by open interest, reveals that traders are almost evenly split between long and short positions. The largest derivatives platform, Binance, has a 49.69% long to 50.31% short ratio.
The near-even split suggests uncertainty or a balanced market, but some analysts view extreme readings as potential reversal indicators. Open interest across these exchanges remains substantial, indicating that leverage is still being deployed.
