Bitcoin Price Hangs in Balance Ahead of Crucial Macro Data Releases
A week of crucial macroeconomic data will determine whether Bitcoin's price can sustain itself above $82,000.
The upcoming releases include the August JOLTS data on September 29, followed by the PCE inflation report on September 27, the ISM manufacturing index on September 28, and the September jobs data on September 29.
These indicators can significantly impact the likelihood of a 25-basis-point rate hike in October, which currently stands at a 68.1% probability according to the CME FedWatch Tool.
Bitcoin has risen by 43.8% from its June low of $57,800, raising questions about whether it can maintain support above the $82,000 demand zone or if a weaker macroeconomic outlook will trigger a larger sell-off.
