Bitcoin Price Hits Decision Point as On-Chain Indicators Flash Warning
The Bitcoin market is at a critical juncture as it approaches the $100K resistance zone. The current price of approximately $83,047 represents a 1.13% decline in the last 24 hours, with a market cap of $1.67 trillion.
CryptoQuant analyst Matias Moreno warns that the Buy/Sell Pressure Delta (90-Day) indicator is flashing a warning sign. This indicator measures the net difference between aggressive buying and selling activity on-chain across spot markets over a rolling 90-day window.
The current reading of approximately +0.01 is barely positive, indicating that buyers are only marginally dominant. Moreno notes that this is significantly lower than the peak conviction level of approximately +0.04 reached in 2021. A rollover at this point could signal a bearish divergence similar to the pattern that preceded Bitcoin's 77.5% collapse from its 2021 all-time high.
