Bitcoin Price Predicted to Hit $85,850 by October 15, 2026: Machine Learning Algorithm
The technical strength of Bitcoin ($BTC) and institutional inflows are expected to continue driving its price upwards, but a rise in crude oil prices has introduced uncertainty into the near-term outlook. A machine learning algorithm used by Finbold's AI prediction agent has set an average $BTC price on October 15, 2026 at $85,850, representing a modest 2.3% increase from the current reference price of $83,923.
The individual AI models used in the forecast offered different outlooks, with DeepSeek Chat delivering the most bullish prediction at $89,201, or roughly 6.0% above the current price. ChatGPT-5.7 Luna projected a price of $86,200, implying a gain of about 2.4%, while Gemini 3.5 Flash was more cautious, forecasting Bitcoin at $82,150, around 2.4% below its stated prediction reference.
Kyle Rodda, senior financial market analyst at Capital.com, commented on the uncertainty surrounding Bitcoin's price movement: 'The rise in crude prices is capping non-yielding assets, so Bitcoin's rally has taken a bit of a pause. As long as that upside risk to energy persists, Bitcoin is likely to struggle to recapture upside momentum.'
Despite this uncertainty, Bitcoin's technical picture remains solid, with the 7-day and 30-day simple moving averages acting as dynamic support levels, while the relative strength index (RSI) at 55.72 indicates positive momentum without entering overbought territory.
