Bitcoin Rally Strength Linked to Time Frame to New All-Time High
Binance Research has discovered a key indicator that distinguishes strong Bitcoin rallies from weak ones. The metric is the number of days it takes for Bitcoin's price to reach a new all-time high after a previous ATH. According to Binance Research, when this time frame exceeds 293 days, Bitcoin rallies tend to be weaker.
On the other hand, if the time frame is shorter than 293 days, the rally tends to be stronger. This pattern has held true over several past cycles, including those in 2011-2013 and 2015-2017. The research suggests that this indicator could potentially help investors anticipate the strength of upcoming Bitcoin rallies.
The study analyzed data from the past two decades and found a correlation between the time frame and the rally's strength. However, it is essential to note that past performance does not guarantee future results, and other factors can also influence market movements.
