Bitcoin's realized losses have reached new heights, exceeding their 2022 peak by 19% in February. However, according to on-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr., the selling pressure tied to these losses has since cooled down by more than half.

The 30-day moving average of Bitcoin's daily realized losses peaked at $1.37 billion on February 20, surpassing the previous cycle peak of $1.15 billion recorded on June 30, 2022.

Realized losses have since dropped to $597 million, down 56.5% from their February peak. Adler notes that capitulation-driven selling pressure has weakened sharply since then, but demand has yet to show a sustained recovery.
