Bitcoin Regains Momentum Above $87K, Faces $90K Resistance
Bitcoin has regained momentum above $87,000 after a decisive move above the $65,000-$65,050 resistance zone, allowing it to reclaim $70,000 and extend its advance.
Liquidity expectations have provided another catalyst for Bitcoin, with the U.S. Treasury announcing plans to double the maximum size of its longer-term bond buyback operations from $2 billion to $4 billion per session.
Tether plans to relaunch USDT on the Bitcoin network in October 2026, which could support private transfers, BTC-to-USDT transactions, and Bitcoin-backed lending.
However, $90,000 remains the key resistance zone, and a sustained move above resistance would strengthen the case for another attempt at $100,000.
