Bitcoin Seeks Fresh Bull Market Boost with $86,000 Support Zone
Bitcoin has shown signs of an early bull market as it approaches a renewed test of its all-time high. The cryptocurrency's price has been fluctuating near $86,000, but on-chain indicators suggest that it may be leaving an accumulation phase and entering a trend reversal window.
The market value to realized value ratio (MVRV) crossed back above its 365-day moving average, a signal seen at the start of bull markets in 2019 and 2023. This indicates that investors' unrealized gains are rising, but it is too early to see the market as overheated.
CryptoQuant also noted that MVRV's 30-day moving average is trying to break above a months-long resistance zone formed below 1.5. If it clears this level for the first time since January, it could mark the end of a prolonged accumulation phase.
