Bitcoin Spot ETFs Record $450M Outflow Amid Price Drop and Clarity Bill Stall
Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw significant outflows of $450.4 million on September 16, the largest since late June.
This was a sharp reversal from the previous day's net inflow of $159.9 million, according to Farside data.
The biggest outflow was seen in Fidelity's FBTC with $214.8 million withdrawn, followed by BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust at $161.7 million and Grayscale's GBTC at $44.1 million.
Bitcoin prices fell 2.5% over the past 24 hours to $75,700, coinciding with the outflows.
