The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant rebound on Monday as tensions between Iran and the United States eased.

Brent crude prices plummeted by more than 7% to $87, alleviating concerns about inflation and boosting demand for risk assets.

Bitcoin surged past the $65,000 mark, reaching a high of $65,600 before settling near $65,200. Ethereum also experienced a significant gain, approaching $2,000 for the first time since early June and remaining 4.5% higher over 24 hours.

The market response was not limited to Bitcoin and Ethereum, with DeFi tokens such as AAVE, ONDO, UNI, LINK, and PUMP leading a broader market recovery.
