Bitcoin's MVRV Dominance Streak Hits Record 812 Days
The Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio has shown a record-breaking divergence between Bitcoin and Ethereum, with Bitcoin outperforming its rival for an unprecedented 812 consecutive days.
This metric, tracked by Glassnode, measures the difference in investor profitability between the two cryptocurrencies. With Bitcoin's MVRV ratio significantly higher than Ethereum's throughout the current market cycle, it indicates that BTC investors have consistently realized greater returns.
The data highlights a substantial disparity in capital inflows between the two assets, with Bitcoin attracting approximately $468 billion since November 2022 and Ethereum drawing around $61 billion during the same period. This significant difference explains why these assets have experienced diverging performance since 2023.
