Bitcoin's Next Move: October Pullback or Continued Rally?
A technical analyst thinks October could be the month Bitcoin pauses its steady climb. Since July, Bitcoin has been steadily increasing in value, but this expert believes it's due for a 'healthier cooling-off period'. The analyst is watching one key support zone closely: $82,900 to $83,000.
If Bitcoin holds above this level, the short-term uptrend remains intact, and there's still room for another push higher, potentially toward $88,600 to $92,200. However, a clear break below this line would be the first warning sign of a potential reversal.
The analyst emphasizes that a pullback doesn't necessarily mean a crash; it could simply be a normal response after months of gains. If selling does pick up, the next levels to watch are $81,600 and then the 50-week average near $78,700. A deeper zone between $63,326 and $74,800 would be a more significant concern.
The analyst also points out that a pause in Bitcoin's rally could actually benefit altcoins, which often shine when Bitcoin trades sideways instead of surging.
