Bitdeer Technologies Group has announced significant developments in its operations for July 2026. The company signed a $4.7 billion, 16-year lease for an AI/HPC data center in Tydal, Norway. This long-term contract is expected to provide a stable revenue stream and make the facility one of the largest and most efficient in the country powered by renewable energy.

Bitdeer's mining business also saw significant growth, with a 322% increase in Bitcoin production year-over-year. The company mined a total of 1,190 Bitcoins in July 2026 and reached a self-mining hash rate of approximately 76.7 EH/s. Additionally, the company's AI Cloud platform reported strong demand, with its 9.5MW A102 facility in Malaysia fully contracted under long-term agreements.

The expected revenue from the A102 facility is over $800 million, and contract negotiations for further capacity are underway. Bitdeer's Chief Financial Officer, Michael G. Potter, stated that the company is well-positioned for continued growth in the AI and cryptocurrency sectors.
