BitFuFu Inc., parent company of BitFuFu (NASDAQ:FUFU), reported a significant increase in self-mining hash rate during its second-quarter earnings conference call. The company's monthly self-mining production rose from 32 to 90 Bitcoin, marking a 9.3% quarter-over-quarter increase.

The growth was driven by the addition of approximately 3,200 latest-generation S21 XP miners and secured additional hash rate capacity in June and July. This expansion is expected to bring the company's total managed hash rate back to around 20 exahash per second by mid-August.

BitFuFu also saw a notable increase in hosting revenue, rising by 254% year-over-year, primarily driven by its buy-and-hold solution. The offering gained traction with clients seeking a more flexible and hassle-free way to manage their mining assets.
