Bitget CEO Sees More Pain Ahead for Bitcoin

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen is skeptical about Bitcoin's recent price surge to $79,000 and believes it may not be the end of the bear market. She has a significant portion of her portfolio in stablecoins and is waiting for a drop of more than $25,000 from current prices before buying back into Bitcoin.

Chen estimates that $50,000 is the price she would consider buying back into Bitcoin, but notes that this is not a prediction or a date-specific target. She also thinks it's possible that Bitcoin could end the year at $20,000 higher than its current price.

Chen acknowledges that her views may be different from those of others in the industry and cautions against relying on predictions or analysis. 'I'm just an exchange CEO,' she says. 'We're not good at analyzing Bitcoin's price.'
