Bitget Resumes Bitcoin Withdrawals After Security Incident

Bitget has announced that it will resume Bitcoin withdrawals on September 28 after a security incident on September 24. The exchange identified and fixed the vulnerability involved in the incident and is conducting further checks on its withdrawal infrastructure.

The staged restoration of withdrawals will begin with Bitcoin network withdrawals at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) on September 28, followed by Ether withdrawals on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Base, and Optimism scheduled to resume at the same time on September 29.

USDT withdrawals on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, and Tron will follow on September 30, while withdrawals for other tokens, fiat currencies, and peer-to-peer transactions are planned to return on October 2. Trading and deposits remain available throughout the staged restoration.
