Bitget's $387.5M Exchange Security Incident Sparks Interest in ADA, BNB, and Remittix
The recent Bitget exchange security incident has reignited the conversation about exchange security and asset storage in the crypto space. The incident, which initially affected approximately $351.6 million, was later revised to $387.5 million, with cold wallets remaining unaffected.
As a result, three cryptocurrencies have emerged as part of the watchlist: Cardano (ADA), BNB, and Remittix (RTX). Each of these projects offers a unique approach to addressing exchange security and user experience.
Cardano's proof-of-stake network and BNB's busy exchange-linked blockchain ecosystem demonstrate established infrastructure strengths. Remittix, on the other hand, is building a wallet-centered PayFi app, aiming to integrate payment, trading, and earning functions into a single interface.
Remittix has already raised over $32 million from more than 40,000 participants, with a planned token debut on November 24, 2026. The app's early-stage growth and potential for repeat transfers and engagement make it an attractive opportunity for investors.
