Bitwise and Vise Bring Crypto Portfolios to Wealth Advisors

Bitwise Asset Management and Vise have launched diversified crypto model portfolios for wealth advisors. The move allows registered investment advisers to allocate to a digital-asset class valued at roughly $2.5 trillion with crypto exposure managed inside the same portfolio as equities and fixed income.

The models sit inside the same portfolio as clients' equities, fixed income, and alternatives, allocated according to their goals and risk profile, rebalanced on the same schedule, and subject to the same tax-management discipline. Bitwise's models select crypto-themed exchange-traded products for different investor profiles, with 'Core' models offering broad exposure and 'Thematic' portfolios emphasizing specific themes.

Vise's platform holds more than $140 billion in assets across its network of registered investment advisers and wealth firms. Bitwise manages over $9 billion in client assets across a suite of more than 70 products.
