Bitwise Lists XRP ETF on NYSE Arca with $616M in Assets

Bitwise has listed its XRP ETF on NYSE Arca under the ticker XRP, offering investors exposure to the cryptocurrency without directly owning or controlling it. The fund's current assets under management stand at approximately $616.4 million and have an inception date of November 19, 2025.

The Bitwise XRP ETF charges a 0.34% annual expense ratio, which is the price investors pay for accessing XRP through an exchange-traded product instead of buying and storing the token directly.

Coinbase Custody Trust Company serves as the trust's XRP custodian and manages the XRP accounts used for the ETF's operations. This means that investors do not need to manage wallets, exchanges, or private keys themselves.

The ETF calculates its net asset value (NAV) using the CME CF XRP-Dollar Reference Rate, New York Variant, giving the fund a standardized benchmark rather than relying on a single crypto exchange.

Bank of New York Mellon supports the traditional finance side of the structure, acting as the ETF's administrator and trust custodian, while also handling accounting, administration, and shareholder servicing through established institutional infrastructure.
