BlackRock Clients Scoop Up $134 Million in Bitcoin Amid Key Price Range
Bitcoin's price action is being closely watched as it trades within a narrow range of $75,000 to $83,000. This consolidation follows a strong rally in the summer that saw Bitcoin surge from around $59,000 in July to over $80,000 by late August.
Analyst Sweap identified robust buying activity around the $75,000 to $76,500 zone, while concentrated sell orders are reported between $80,000 and $83,000. A break above $83,000 could signal that Bitcoin has confirmed a bottom in the recent correction, but if the price drops below $75,000, this could intensify selling and potentially trigger a renewed downtrend.
Despite ongoing market volatility, institutional demand remains strong. Whale Insider highlighted that BlackRock ETF clients recently purchased $134.35 million in Bitcoin, underlining continued high-profile interest in digital assets. This acquisition comes as US Bitcoin spot ETFs saw a net inflow of $160 million on September 14, with BlackRock's IBIT ETF attracting the lion's share of these flows.
