Blackrock-Driven Bitcoin ETF Inflows Reach $103M Amid $86K Price Surge
Bitcoin ETFs saw a rebound in inflows on Thursday, led by Blackrock's IBIT, which added $195.57 million in fresh capital. This was more than enough to offset outflows elsewhere, including Fidelity's FBTC, which lost $60.73 million. The category as a whole drew $102.67 million in net inflows, pushing its total assets to $109.34 billion. This follows a nine-session inflow streak that ended on Wednesday.
The day's inflows were led by Blackrock's IBIT, which had a $195.57 million inflow. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust added $14.59 million, while Morgan Stanley's MSBT brought in $7.04 million. However, some funds saw outflows, including Grayscale's GBTC, which lost $31.39 million.
The category has now attracted $2.99 billion in inflows over the past 30 days, providing a strong institutional backdrop as bitcoin's price climbed above $86K. Daily trading volume reached $1.97 billion, with net assets rising to $109.34 billion.
