A resurfaced video of BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has sparked interest among XRP enthusiasts. The clip shows Fink being asked in a Fox interview about the possibility of launching another cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund, specifically mentioning XRP.

Fink responds to both questions with a simple 'I can't', declining to comment further before the conversation moves on.
