BlockShoals Technologies has joined Fintech Alliance PH, aiming to launch Binance's crypto services in the Philippines by the end of the year. The company operates as a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-approved Crypto Asset Intermediary under the StratBox framework.

BlockShoals Chairman Alfredo 'Al' Panlilio stated that the company's vision is to be the most trusted and reliable Crypto Asset Intermediary in the Philippines and the region, setting a benchmark for regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and operational excellence.

The company began a 90-day systems integration phase in April, with the two-year sandbox phase set to begin in the second half of the year. BlockShoals is currently onboarding a BSP-licensed virtual asset service provider to enable fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversions.
