Brandt Sees $300,000 to $600,000 Bitcoin Price Target for Late 2029
Veteran trader Peter Brandt has revised his Bitcoin price forecast after missing the cryptocurrency's turning point by roughly six to eight weeks. In a recent interview, Brandt stated that he had been looking for a tradable low around October 4, but believes that the market may have established its bottom in late June instead.
This led him to reassess his timing and raise the possibility of a new bull market already underway. According to Brandt, his cycle model forecast missed Bitcoin's turning point by roughly six to eight weeks, resulting in a revised outlook.
Brandt still sees the risk of an early-October correction toward $65,000 to $68,000 and potentially as low as $61,000. However, if the June low holds, he expects the new bull cycle to potentially extend into late 2029 with Bitcoin reaching $300,000 to $600,000.
Brandt also emphasized the importance of following price action rather than assigning macro narratives to market moves. He favors established assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL) over newer tokens, citing quantum computing and potential government restrictions as long-term risks.
