Brandt Sees Ethereum at $8,600 if Price Breaks $5,000
Financial analyst Peter Brandt has been making waves in the crypto community with his latest Ethereum price prediction. According to him, Ether could potentially reach $8,600 if it breaks through the $5,000 resistance level.
This is based on a long-term chart covering CME Ether futures contracts that Brandt recently released. He identified three key levels: the 3000 dollar zone as the first short-term resistance, the 5000 dollar threshold necessary to validate the scenario, and the long-term target between $8,600 and $8,675 dollars.
Brandt emphasized that his forecast is conditioned on a sustained break of the 5000 dollar level. He also clarified that chart analysis should not be taken as an actual market position, stating that he has not executed any trades based on this prediction.
The analyst's scenario remains distant at current prices, with Ether still around $2,660 dollars. However, recent capital inflows into Ethereum ETFs and BitMine's accumulation of ETH may provide support for the demand.
