BTSE Bhutan Granted Financial Services License in Gelephu Mindfulness City

BTSE Bhutan has received its Financial Services License to operate as a digital asset trading platform in Gelephu Mindfulness City. The license was granted by the Gelephu Financial Services Office, which regulates the special administrative region.

The company will start onboarding users within weeks and initially offer spot trading services for BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT pairs. More crypto trading pairs will be added in subsequent phases, subject to the platform's listing framework and regulatory requirements.

All client assets will be held under BTSE Bhutan's licensed custody arrangements, as required by the Gelephu Financial Services Office.
