Bybit is cracking down on Brazilian business users who haven't completed new verification requirements. The exchange sent notifications to affected accounts on August 1, and those who fail to comply by August 21 will face restrictions. From September 21, non-compliant accounts may see their remaining positions forcibly liquidated at market prices.

The restrictions apply only to business users who received a request to supplement existing Business Verification information. Those who complete the requested checks can continue using Bybit's products permitted under Brazilian rules, while restricted products will remain inaccessible. Unsupported fiat balances in affected accounts will be automatically converted to USDT on September 21.
