Capital Wallet Greece Secures EU-Wide Crypto Services Passport
Capital Wallet Greece has secured a significant milestone in its expansion plans after becoming one of the first companies to receive a MiCA Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorisation from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
The authorisation, granted in early 2026, allows Capital Wallet to offer regulated crypto services across all 27 EU member states through a single passport, subject to meeting strict capital, governance, and consumer protection requirements under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.
Capital Wallet's CASP licence from the Greek regulator confirms that the company meets the requirements for capital adequacy, governance, custody of client assets, and anti-money laundering compliance.
