Cardano Golden Cross Returns After 14 Months

Cardano has formed a golden cross on its daily chart, marking the first time in 14 months. This bullish signal, where the 50-day moving average crosses above the 200-day moving average, often indicates a potential upward trend in price action. The last time this occurred on the daily chart was in August 2025, when Cardano's price reached a peak of $0.92 before failing to sustain those levels. However, analysts note that confirmation of a sustained bullish trend would likely require continuous support and positive fundamentals. Meanwhile, the Cardano network has seen increased activity, with 43,181 transactions processed on October 1, the busiest day in the past week. The network has also seen partnerships and enterprise integration, including a collaboration with Pacific Meta to blend Cardano's infrastructure with Japanese market expertise. Cardano node version 11.1.3 has been released, addressing an IPv4 decoding issue, and node version 11.2 is expected in the next two to three weeks, incorporating the majority of the Dijkstra upgrade scope. The hard fork candidate, version 11.3, will deliver the full Dijkstra feature set, including Leios, but a release date has not yet been set.
