Cardano Price Pulls Back as Momentum Fades Amid Overbought Conditions

The Cardano price has pulled back after briefly testing $0.258 as momentum starts to fade.

This pullback comes despite a surge in activity across the Cardano ecosystem, with daily DEX volume reaching around $21.47 million and seven-day volume climbing to $122.22 million, up 1,660% from the previous week.

However, an overbought RSI increases the risk of a deeper correction, with the price now pulling back into the $0.221, $0.232 area.

The broader crypto market's momentum remains key for Cardano, and if Bitcoin and Ethereum begin to lose steam, ADA could extend its technical correction.
