Cardano Whale Buy Revives $0.25 Target Amid Warning on Utility
A significant whale buy has revived a $0.25 target for Cardano's ADA token, sending prices back toward $0.20 after months below this level.
The purchase of over 240 million ADA by large holders in just days is a genuine bullish signal, especially considering it fits within the sustained pattern of whale accumulation seen in 2026.
However, experts warn that this modest recovery should not be taken as a guarantee for further price increases. ADA's current price is still about 93% below its all-time high, and any major gains depend on upcoming events such as the potential launch of a spot ETF later this year.
A comparison with AlphaPepe's AI utility has also been made, but experts caution that even proven utility does not automatically translate into strong token prices. Cardano's own deep and well-established ecosystem, including its Layer-1 blockchain built on peer-reviewed research, has not lifted the token's price to date.
