Chainlink ($LINK) is currently navigating a critical price zone, with its future trajectory far from certain. The cryptocurrency is trading around $11.55, testing a key pivot area between $11.10 and $11.60. The 50% Fibonacci retracement level is positioned near $11.40, adding to the significance of this zone. While a recovery is possible, bulls face significant resistance ahead.

The strongest demand zone for $LINK lies between $10.20 and $10.80, which includes the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement at $10.36. Holding this area is crucial for establishing a potential higher low. However, a breakdown below $10 could weaken the recovery structure and shift focus toward deeper support levels.

For bulls to regain control, several resistance zones must be reclaimed. The first major hurdle is between $12.20 and $12.60. Above that, $LINK faces supply between $13.40 and $14.00, followed by major resistance around $15.20-$15.80. Each breakout requires confirmation and a successful retest to become convincing.

Looking ahead, a move toward $20 remains a possibility but is not guaranteed. The next supply zone is identified between $16.50 and $17.50, followed by historical resistance between $18 and $19. However, the downside risk remains relevant, with a breakdown below $10 potentially exposing the $7.70-$9.10 support zone. The current price prediction hinges on defending demand and reclaiming resistance step by step.
