Chainlink Price Could Soar 200% as Institutional Adoption Surges
The price of Chainlink (LINK) is expected to surge by nearly 200% as its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) 2.0 goes live, according to analyst Javon Marks.
The CCIP 2.0 upgrade allows institutions to add their own checks through cloud platforms and configure settlement speeds, giving applications greater control over cross-chain security while retaining Chainlink's default verifier network.
Chainlink has seen significant institutional adoption in recent months, with top industry names like Fidelity International, ANZ, SBI, Deutsche Börse, Google Cloud, and AWS associated with it.
The tokenized-stock oracles have been selected by Coinbase, while spot Chainlink ETFs attracted $6.3 million in weekly inflows, bringing the total to approximately $227 million worth of LINK, equivalent to around 2.2% of the current supply.
