Chainlink Traders Eye Dip Entries as Bitcoin Price Action Takes Center Stage

Chainlink traders are keeping an eye on potential dip entries after analyst Michaël van de Poppe outlined specific levels tied to Bitcoin's price action. Van de Poppe noted that if Bitcoin fails to breach $63,400 or a sweep above $10 on LINK, it could lead to a dip in Chainlink's price.

The BTC correlation remains the dominant driver for Chainlink's next move, with the two assets having been in a range-bound price action for six months. Currently, Chainlink is trading at $9.37, sitting inside its Bollinger Bands with upper resistance at $9.78 and lower support at $8.56.

The EMA50 at $8.88 and EMA200 at $8.4 are continuing to anchor the bullish structure in Chainlink's price action. However, momentum indicators show a neutral RSI of 62.1 and a MACD death cross at 0.2, which signals fading short-term strength and points to a probable healthy retracement toward the 50-EMA before any continuation higher.
