Circle CFO to Step Down Amid USDC Growth
Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the popular USDC stablecoin, announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jeremy Fox-Geen will be stepping down after more than five years in the role.
The company is working with an executive search firm to find a successor for Fox-Geen, who joined Circle in May 2021. He will continue as CFO until the end of 2026 or until a new finance chief is appointed.
Circle's CEO Jeremy Allaire praised Fox-Geen for his role in building the company and navigating its growth during market turmoil. The CFO played a key part in Circle's $1.2 billion initial public offering last year.
