Circle's EURC has launched native cross-chain transfers between Ethereum and Base.
The feature is made possible by Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), which allows for burn-and-minting of assets across chains.
EURC, a euro-backed stablecoin with 100% backing, can now be transferred between Ethereum and Base without the need for wrapped tokens.
