Bernstein's analysis of Circle's Q2 results suggests that the company's financial performance has addressed bearish concerns over competition and reserve income.

Circle, a leading stablecoin issuer, reported its second-quarter earnings on August 11. According to Bernstein, the results show that Circle's revenue increased by 44% year-over-year (YoY) to $302 million in Q2. The company's net income from interest-bearing assets also rose by 55% YoY to $141 million.

Bernstein notes that these figures demonstrate Circle's ability to generate significant revenue and profit from its stablecoin business, addressing concerns over competition from other issuers like USDC. The analyst believes that the strong financial performance will contribute to Circle's growth and competitiveness in the market.
