Citi Hikes Bitcoin Target to $113K as Crypto Inflows Resume

Citigroup has raised its 12-month target for Bitcoin to $113,000, citing stronger crypto activity and renewed exchange-traded fund inflows. The bank also lifted its Ether target to $3,028 from $2,240.

The revised forecast reflects a more constructive view of crypto demand, but it remains a prediction rather than a guaranteed price outcome. Citigroup expects roughly $5 billion of investment flows into crypto products over the next 12 months, with renewed ETF demand playing a central role in its Bitcoin thesis.

The bank's outlook is supported by recent regulatory developments and Treasury bond purchases, which have contributed to a softer dollar and revived momentum across crypto markets. While regulation remains uncertain beyond its forecast horizon, Citigroup sees rulemaking as supportive in the near term.
