CLARITY Act Markup Could Unlock Global Digital Markets
Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor believes that the upcoming CLARITY Act markup scheduled for Thursday could unlock the 'next wave' of digital capital, digital credit, and digital equity markets on a global scale.
The legislation would provide institutional validation for Bitcoin and support broader adoption of Strategy's preferred shares, including STRC.
Saylor emphasized that activity-based rewards tied to stablecoin payments and blockchain participation are essential for enabling innovation, competition, and consumer adoption in digital yield markets.
He also noted that the proposed legislation would provide a regulatory foundation needed for digital asset markets to scale further within the U.S. financial system.
