Coinsilium Reports £3M Loss as BTC Prices Bite
Coinsilium Group Limited reported an unaudited first half (H1) 2026 loss of £3.06 million, mainly due to a £2.13 million net unrealised loss on digital assets.
The company's losses were partly offset by gains on YELLOW tokens, with the value of Bitcoin held in its portfolio declining by £3.8 million.
Cryptocurrency market volatility remains a significant swing factor for Coinsilium's profit and loss (P&L) statements.
The firm's digital assets totalled £10 million at the end of June 2026, while cash reserves stood at £0.5 million, putting pressure on equity and cash runway.
