Crypto Billionaires Fuel Farage's Reform UK with £72 Million Boost

Crypto-billionaires Christopher Harborne and Ben Delo have donated £72 million to Reform UK, making it the largest donation in British political history.

The donations, each worth £36 million, were made within a 24-hour period and will be used to fund research and policy at the party.

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage said the money will be spent on creating 'the best research and policy department British politics has ever seen' and recruiting top talent in various fields.

Neither Harborne nor Delo, a former recipient of a Donald Trump pardon, will receive any benefits or rewards for their donations, according to Reform UK.

The party has denied allegations of wrongdoing in relation to the donations, which have reignited calls for a cap on political donations from Labour MP Stella Creasy and transparency group Transparency International UK.
