Crypto.com Expands US Derivatives Offerings with SEC Registration
Crypto.com has made significant strides in expanding its derivatives offerings in the US market. The company's North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex) has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to trade security futures products through OG.com.
The registration, which took effect immediately upon acknowledgement by the SEC on September 16, authorizes Nadex to bring single-stock futures to the US market. CEO Kris Marszalek stated that this move will combine the innovations of digital asset markets with US capital markets.
Crypto.com is also working with regulators to offer single-stock perpetual futures, which are futures contracts without a fixed expiration date. The company has separately filed for approval to list these products in the US market.
