Crypto ETF Inflows Cool Down After Record-Breaking Week
US spot crypto ETF inflows cooled down significantly on Monday after a record-breaking week. The total inflows fell to around $64.8 million, which is roughly 80% lower than the previous day's figure of about $330.8 million. Bitcoin led the demand with net inflows of $31.07 million, followed by Ether at $17.1 million, Solana at $12.7 million, and XRP at $3.96 million.
Despite the slowdown, all four major ETF categories remained in positive territory on Monday, extending their multi-day inflow streaks. Bitcoin's net inflow streak now stands at eight consecutive trading sessions, with over $3 billion attracted since the start of this streak. Ether ETFs logged a seventh straight positive session, while Solana and XRP funds extended their streaks to seven and five consecutive trading sessions, respectively.
Not all spot crypto ETF categories moved in the same direction on Monday, however. Zcash ETFs added about $35 million last week but posted an $8.1 million outflow on Monday. This contrast highlights that even when headline demand is cooling across major tokens, smaller or less liquid ETF categories can behave differently.
