Crypto ETF Inflows Slow Down After $3.3B Week
The US crypto ETF inflows cooled down significantly on Monday after a strong week of buying. According to SoSoValue data, US spot Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs led the day's inflows with $31.07 million, followed by Ether (ETH) ETFs at $17.1 million. Solana (SOL) funds recorded $12.7 million, while XRP (XRP) ETFs drew $3.96 million.
The combined inflows of $64.8 million on Monday marked an 80% drop from Friday's numbers, which totaled over $330.8 million. However, despite the slowdown, all four categories remained in positive territory and continued their inflow streaks. Bitcoin ETFs have now recorded net inflows for eight consecutive trading sessions, while Ether ETFs have seen seven straight positive sessions.
The recent inflow streaks may be a sign that investors are optimistic about the future of these assets. However, it's essential to note that crypto markets can be highly volatile and subject to rapid changes in sentiment.
