Crypto Financing Totals $178.6M This Week, Led by Jeeves' $110M Round

Crypto financing announcements for the week of Sep. 26 through Oct. 2 included $178.6 million across four disclosed transactions. Jeeves led the pack with a $110 million equity round, led by CoinFund, with investors including AllianceBernstein, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coinbase Ventures. Jeeves provides corporate cards, accounts payable, and treasury payments for businesses, with an annualized card and payments volume exceeding $5 billion, including $1.5 billion settled through stablecoins.

World Assets disclosed $49 million in private token sales, with a one-year lockup. Solana Company priced a $15 million share offering, selling 4,369,356 Class A shares at $3.433 each to one institutional investor. The shares came with warrants covering an equal number of additional shares at an exercise price of $3.776.

Other financing announcements included Walapay's $4.6 million seed funding round led by Generative Ventures, and undisclosed investments in Raven and Grass.
