The cryptocurrency market is experiencing a maturing phase, marked by increased institutional involvement and regulatory efforts. In the US, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act is still under discussion after being delayed due to insufficient support in the Senate before its August recess.

Despite the setback, lawmakers have until September to revisit the bill and gather necessary votes. Regulators are also preparing their own rules, with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission working within their jurisdictions.

The market saw mixed signals for Bitcoin, with strategy selling 1,690 BTC and raising $653 million through common stock issuance. This marks the fifth sale by Strategy this year, totaling around 7,000 BTC sold. Large wallets and hedge funds, however, accumulated coins, shifting bullish positions.
