Crypto Market Dynamics See Notable Developments and Predictions
Yesterday's crypto market dynamics saw some notable developments, including F2Pool co-founder Wang Chun slamming Zcash for its lack of fundamental understanding.
Wang Chun cited an incident where the team confused EST and EDT time zones, which led him to ban all company members six years ago. He stated that this decision was one of his most correct ones, comparing it to the BlockFi incident where users were mistakenly sent 701.4 BTC instead of $701.4.
Another notable figure, Cobo co-founder and CEO Divy, recalled harboring deep shadows regarding ZEC after a graphics card mining farm's transformer was struck by lightning on its mainnet launch night in 2016. The incident led him to never hold ZEC in his personal wallet again.
Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua emphasized the importance of direction selection for long-term returns, noting that groups accumulating BTC/ETH/BNB, participating in trading infrastructure, or belonging to projects and market makers tend to achieve success. He contrasted this with investors and derivatives traders who experience high risk, low average returns, and low compounding.
Trader Bonk Guy pointed out that USELESS's current performance is surprisingly similar to PEPE before its parabolic rally in 2023, citing volume structure, open interest expansion, early relative strength, market timing, and initial outperformance. He noted that individuals often ignore USELESS when its market cap is low only to buy in at a higher price.
